Great location, good breakfast option, good furniture all very clean and easy

First time staying in these chain of hotels. It was absolutely lovely. My parents are so picky and was so happy with my choice. Location was great! Easy walk to main area. Our room was upgraded which was ABSOLUTELY needed with a toddler. To fit his crib and sleep tent in a single studio would have been tricky, I am so grateful for this exceptional customer service. We were able to check in early which is so helpful with a large group and 8 luggage’s. I lost the card with the names of the representatives but she had an European accent. We checked in on Oct 18 around 1:45pm if that helps. She has light coloured eyes. So helpful!! Wifi was excellent, the 24 hour bar area was so helpful! The whole front desk was so helpful with my parents who are seniors and had lots of questions. Printing our boarding passes and calling taxis for us. I would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were a great size and the property was pretty quiet. The location was within walking distance or a short ride to most major sights. The staff were very helpful and the beds were comfortable.

The staff were great and the bar downstairs was great. We were also allowed to check in early. The room was great and was close to where we wanted to be.

Our room was lovely and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the location is a great spot and close to everything. The hotel in general was great.
